The purpose of the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is to advise and enhance BCC Parent Education classes. The scholarship fund is used to provide tuition money to students enrolled in the Parent Education program needing financial assistance on a short-term basis. Students may apply for quarterly tuition assistance through their Parent Education Instructor. The BC Parent Education Director, Julie Soto, and the Parent Education Instructors review all applications. The application process is strictly confidential.
